If you've already tried the standard connection steps and your Vagustim device still won't pair with the app, don't worry. We'll be happy to help.
Before contacting support, please make sure you've:
- Restarted your phone.
- Turned Bluetooth off and back on.
- Confirmed that the device is powered on and charged.
- Tried connecting through the Vagustim app (not your phone's Bluetooth settings).
- Allowed the Vagustim app to access Bluetooth and the required permissions.
If the issue persists, please send the following information to our support team:
- Your order number
- Your device serial number (found on the back of the device or the product box)
- The email address you use to log into the Vagustim app
- Your App ID (shown at the top of the Profile page)
- Your phone model and operating system (iPhone or Android)
- A short video showing:
- Turning the device on
- Attempting to connect through the app
- The LED behavior during the connection attempt
The LED indicators can also help us identify the issue:
- Solid blue middle LED: The device is in Bluetooth pairing mode and waiting to connect.
- No blue LED: The device may not have entered pairing mode or there may be another issue requiring further investigation.
Once we receive this information, we'll review it and guide you through the next steps as quickly as possible.
