If the earsets don't stay in place, don't worry. This is usually related to ear anatomy and can often be improved with a few simple adjustments.
First, make sure the earsets are positioned correctly. They should rest gently on the tragus and cymba concha of the outer ear. They are not designed to sit inside the ear canal.
To improve the fit:
- Try each of the included Small, Medium, and Large spacers to find the most secure fit.
- Apply a generous amount of conductive spray or conductive gel before each session to improve contact.
- Make small adjustments to the angle of the earsets until both contact indicators become solid green.
- Allow the cable to hang naturally without pulling on the earset.
If the earsets still move during use, a soft stabilization headband can help keep them comfortably in position throughout the session.
If you're still having difficulty achieving a secure fit, please contact our support team. We may ask you to send a few photos of the earsets while they're being worn so we can review the placement and provide personalized recommendations based on your ear anatomy. Our team will be happy to help you find the best possible fit.
