Vagustim is a non invasive auricular vagus nerve stimulation (aVNS) device designed to gently stimulate areas of the outer ear associated with the vagus nerve. During a session, you may feel a mild tingling or gentle pulsing sensation. The intensity is fully adjustable, and we recommend choosing a level that is noticeable yet comfortable.
Vagustim is designed to be beginner friendly. The app includes easy to use preset programs, making it simple to get started without adjusting advanced settings.
For most new users, we recommend:
Starting with a preset program
Using a comfortable intensity rather than the strongest setting
Beginning with 15 to 20 minute sessions
Focusing on consistent daily use rather than increasing intensity
As you become more familiar with the device, you can continue using the preset programs or explore additional customization options, including manual parameter adjustment and other Premium features if you choose to subscribe.
