Yes. Your Vagustim device and the accessories included in the original package are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your invoice or order confirmation.
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you notice any missing or damaged items, please contact us in writing as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Please note the following:
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
- Return shipping to our authorized service center or manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, dropping the device, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or improper battery use.
- Opening or attempting to repair the device yourself will void the warranty.
