If you're having trouble logging into the Vagustim app or your account isn't being recognized, don't worry. In most cases, the issue can be resolved with a few simple checks.
First, try the following:
- Make sure you're using the latest version of the Vagustim app.
- Completely close and reopen the app.
- Restart your phone.
- Try resetting your password if you're using email and password to sign in.
One of the most common causes is signing in with a different email address than the one originally used to create your account. For example:
- Signing in with Apple is different from signing in with Google or Email & Password.
- If you use Sign in with Apple, your account may be associated with Apple's Hide My Email relay address rather than your personal email address.
- You may also have accidentally created a second account using a different sign in method.

- The email address you're using to log in
- The sign in method you're using (Apple, Google, or Email & Password)
- Your App ID (if you can access it on another device)
- A screenshot of the error message, if possible
