During a Vagustim session, you should feel a gentle tingling, light pulsing, or mild tapping sensation at the points where the earsets contact your ear.
The intensity should be noticeable but comfortable. It should never feel painful or uncomfortable. More intensity does not necessarily mean better results.
It's also normal for:
- One ear to feel slightly different from the other.
- The sensation to become less noticeable as your body adapts during the session.
- The sensation to vary slightly from day to day.
If the stimulation becomes difficult to notice during a session, you can gradually increase the intensity until it feels comfortable again.
You may also experience mild, temporary redness where the earsets contact the skin. This is generally normal and should fade shortly after the session.
If you experience discomfort, reduce the intensity or stop the session and allow your skin to rest before trying again at a lower setting.
The goal is always a comfortable and consistent experience, not the strongest possible sensation.
