The green contact indicators show whether your earsets are making good contact with your ears during a session.
Solid Green
A solid green LED means:
- The earset has good contact with your ear.
- Conductivity is stable.
- The session is running normally.
This is the ideal indicator to see during a session.
Blinking Green
A blinking green LED means the contact is unstable.
This is usually caused by:
- The earset needing to be repositioned.
- Insufficient conductive spray or gel.
- The earset slipping during the session.
- Poor contact with the tragus or cymba concha.
If you see a blinking green LED:
- Apply conductive spray or conductive gel if needed.
- Reposition the earset until it sits comfortably on the tragus and cymba concha.
- Make small adjustments to the angle of the earset until the LED changes to solid green.
A stable solid green contact helps ensure consistent stimulation throughout your session.
If you're unable to achieve a solid green indicator after repositioning the earsets, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
