If the Vagustim app crashes, freezes, or becomes unresponsive, the issue can often be resolved with a few simple steps.
First, try the following:
- Completely close the Vagustim app and reopen it.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of the Vagustim app.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and that the app has all required permissions, including Bluetooth and, if prompted, Location and Local Network access.
- If you're connected to the device, disconnect and reconnect it through the app.
If the issue continues, please let us know exactly when it occurs. For example:
- During login
- While connecting to the device
- When starting a session
- During an HRV measurement
- While using a specific program or feature
To help us investigate the issue, please send us:
- Your order number
- Your app account email address
- Your App ID (shown at the top of the Profile page)
- Your phone model
- Your operating system version (iOS or Android)
- The version of the Vagustim app you're using
- A short screen recording showing the issue, if possible
