For the Vagustim Device (Vagustim App)
- Open the Vagustim app and connect your device.
- Tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
- Scroll down and select Support.
- Tap Device Functionality Test.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. The test results are automatically sent to our support team.
For the Vagustim Plus Device (Vagustim Plus App)
- Open the Vagustim Plus app and connect your device.
- Go to Products and select your connected device.
- Tap the pen (edit) icon.
- Open Product Details.
- Scroll down and select Device Functionality Test.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the test.
