If you've already reinstalled the Vagustim app and it still crashes, or it consistently crashes during a specific action, we'd be happy to investigate further.
Please let us know exactly when the issue occurs, for example:
- During login
- While connecting to your device
- When starting a session
- During an HRV measurement
- When opening a specific screen or program
- Immediately after tapping a particular button
If the issue began after updating your phone's operating system or after installing a new version of the Vagustim app, please let us know as well.
To help us identify the cause, please send us:
- Your order number
- Your app account email address
- Your App ID (shown at the top of the Profile page)
- Your phone model
- Your operating system version (iOS or Android)
- The version of the Vagustim app you're using
- A short screen recording showing the crash, if possible
This information helps our technical team reproduce the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If the crash only occurs during an HRV measurement, please also mention that, as it may require a different troubleshooting process.
