Yes. If something seems off with your Vagustim, the issue can have several different causes, and both apps include a built-in Device Functionality Test to help narrow it down.
In the Vagustim app
- Open the app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Support.
- Select Device Functionality Test.
In the Vagustim Plus app
- Connect your device.
- Go to Products.
- Select the connected device.
- Tap the edit or product details section.
- Select Device Functionality Test.
When to contact us
Running this test is a useful first step before contacting support, since the result tells us whether the device itself is functioning correctly. If the test shows an issue, or you're not sure how to interpret the result, email us at support@vagustim.io and include a screenshot of the result.
