Stop your session, discontinue use, and contact us before using the device again if any of the following occur:
- The earset cables are worn out and the metal inside is showing.
- The connection — and therefore the intensity between the earsets and the device — fluctuates beyond your comfort threshold.
- The white size adapter on the earsets is wobbling, loose, or separating.
- There is any visible damage or deformation on the device, the earsets, or the battery.
- The device becomes unusually warm, which may indicate a malfunction.
- You feel pain, burning, or discomfort that does not feel normal.
- You notice unusual redness, rashes, irritation, or suspect an allergic reaction. In this case, also consult your doctor.
- You experience any adverse effect during or after use.
If you can't stop a session
If you are unable to stop a session using the stop function, unplug the earsets from the device and contact customer support.
If an earset part enters the ear canal
Do not try to remove it yourself. Contact your doctor.
If the product arrives damaged
If any damage is present on the product or its components when you unpack it, do not use the device and return it to the supplier.
Reporting adverse effects
Any adverse events should be reported to your doctor immediately, and also reported to us. You can submit product complaints directly within the Vagustim app, or by emailing support@vagustim.io.
