If you experience any adverse effect while using Vagustim, stop the session and discontinue use of the product.
If you feel pain, burning, dizziness, unusual discomfort, irritation, redness, a rash, or suspect an allergic reaction, stop using the device and consult your doctor immediately.
Reporting the issue
Adverse events should be reported to your doctor, and also reported to us. You can submit product complaint reports directly within the Vagustim app, or by emailing support@vagustim.io.
When you get in touch, it helps if you include:
- What happened, and when
- Which program or settings you were using
- The intensity level and how long the session lasted
- Photos, if there is visible skin irritation
This lets our team review the case properly and guide you on the next step.
