A good routine is:
- Session duration: 15 to 20 minutes
- Frequency: 1 to 2 sessions per day
- Maximum session length: 30 minutes
- Recommended gap between sessions: At least 4 hours if performing two sessions in one day
When choosing the intensity, aim for a sensation that is noticeable but comfortable. Stronger stimulation is not necessarily better, and comfort is generally the best guide.
Consistency is more important than using high intensity or long sessions. Many users find that establishing a regular daily routine is the best approach.
As you become more familiar with the device, you may gradually increase your session duration up to 30 minutes, provided it remains comfortable.
