If you've purchased a Premium subscription but the Premium features aren't available in the app, don't worry. This is usually related to your account rather than the subscription itself.
First, try the following:
- Completely close and reopen the Vagustim app.
- Log out and sign back into your account.
- Make sure you're signed in with the same email address that was used when purchasing Premium.
If Premium still isn't appearing, please send our support team the following information:
- The email address shown in your app (Profile page).
- Your App ID (displayed at the top of the Profile page).
- A screenshot of your Profile page.
- A screenshot showing your active Premium subscription or purchase confirmation, if available.
Once we receive this information, we'll review your account and activate or restore your Premium access as quickly as possible.
