If you've already followed the recommended HRV measurement tips and the measurement still won't complete, don't worry. We'd be happy to investigate further.
To help us identify the cause, please send us the following information:
- Your order number
- Your app account email address
- Your App ID (shown at the top of the Profile page)
- Your phone model
- Your operating system version (iOS or Android)
- The version of the Vagustim app you're using
- A short screen recording showing the HRV measurement attempt, if possible
Please also let us know exactly what happens during the measurement. For example:
- The camera doesn't open.
- The screen freezes.
- Calibration doesn't complete.
- The measurement fails or displays an error message.
- The app closes unexpectedly.
This information will help our technical team determine whether the issue is related to permissions, device compatibility, or another technical issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
