If you've already tried restoring your purchase and Premium still isn't recognized, don't worry. This is usually caused by signing into a different account than the one associated with your Premium subscription.
This can happen if you:
Changed to a new phone.
Reinstalled the app.
Signed in with a different email address.
Used a different sign in method (Apple, Google, or Email & Password).
To help us restore your Premium access, please send us:
The email address shown in your app (Profile page).
Your App ID (displayed at the top of the Profile page).
A screenshot of your Profile page.
A screenshot showing your active Premium subscription or purchase confirmation, if available.
Once we receive this information, we'll review your account and relink your Premium subscription to the correct account as quickly as possible.
